David A. Kahn

David A. Kahn joined his father’s practice in 2003 and has successfully expanded the practice to include real estate litigation, short-sale negotiation, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. His wisdom in real estate law and his exuberance for asserting the rights of his clients has allowed the firm to serve larger clients in a wider spectrum of their business endeavors.

As one of the youngest attorneys in Lake County with experience in transactional real estate, David has often been sought after to represent the next generation of home buyers and business people. He has been asked to speak on various topics at real estate brokerage houses, and he has been effective at employing new technology in the traditional practice of law.

During law school, David served as in intern with the Lake County State's Attorney's Office in the FELONY TRIAL DIVISION. He regularly assisted in prosecuting drug and felony charges. This experience has proven invaluable in protecting clients' rights in private practice.
